Premium Hand Made Ice Cream                                      

Britta Sinn started Sinnfull Ice Cream some seven years ago. She is a qualified pastry chef and her passion is ice cream. She has created over 400 flavours and wants to contend for the Guinness World Records for the most flavours created.

Her flavours include a range of Vine therapy, Grape therapy and Renewal FX with healing and anti aging properties.

Everything is hand made from scratch using only real, natural ingredients and they make everything from the toffee to the cookies to the honeycomb and Turkish delight… The list goes on and on.  The ice cream is packaged in one litre and 125ml boxes.

She has had a dream and vision to make a difference by using the brand which is loved by young and old alike, to build forests and plant seeds.  

Sinnfull occupies the purple shed in the centre of the garden centre, offering scoops of ice cream as well as  the making of smoothie and milkshakes with the ice cream and fresh fruit using 100% biodegradable tubs, spoons and serviettes, made from sugar cane and corn starch.

Starke Ayres will have planting tables and will offer seeds and soil to the customers. Buy your ice cream and when you have eaten it, put soil and seed in your tub, take it home and put it back into the earth. The packaging disintegrates in 3 weeks and as an added bonus, gives compost to the earth.
