STARKE AYRES has been a supplier of quality seed, seedlings, trees, shrubs, pot plants, bulbs and a variety of gardening accessories to the gardening public of Cape Town for well over a century.

Aware of the fact that climatic and soil conditions in the Western Cape vary greatly from those in the summer rainfall areas of the north, we have gone to great lengths to identify plants that are particularly well adapted to the Mediterranean climate of the Western Cape.

In the garden centre plants are displayed in such a manner as to make the shopping experience an easy and a pleasant one. Customers need to know how adaptable plants are, their growing conditions and how they can be used for maximum impact in the garden.

Sinnfull

Icecream

Britta Sinn started Sinnfull Ice Cream some seven years ago. She is a qualified pastry chef and her passion is ice cream.

She has created over 400 flavours and wants to contend for the Guinness World Records for the most flavours created.

Her flavours include a range of Vine therapy, Grape therapy and Renewal FX with healing and anti aging properties.
